Oradea Industrial Parks unfold on an area of 228 hectares, the land being owned by Oradea City Hall. It is strategically located in the administrative area of NW Romania in Oradea City, close to the Hungarian border, having direct links to important trade routes.

Oradea Industrial Park IV is the newest addition to the Oradea Industrial Parks, with 6.5 ha of greenfield land. The park is underdevelopment, but upon its completion it will be divided into 24 lots, each with a surface between 1500-3300 m2.
