Oradea Industrial Parks unfold on an area of 228 hectares, the land being owned by Oradea City Hall. It is strategically located in the administrative area of NW Romania in Oradea City, close to the Hungarian border, having direct links to important trade routes.
Oradea Industrial Park III was established in May 2015 and is located in the industrial area of Oradea, with access to an industrial road, 5 km from the border with Hungary. The park is currently completely occupied.

- Direct Negotiation - for over 5 million Euro investments
- Public Tender - for under 5 million Euros investments
The two procedures are applied to the following investment types:
- Greenfield (land is offered free of charges with the possibility to connect to public utilities on the property limit of each land plot), land lease with the option to purchase it after achieving 15% of the proposed investment (for over 5 million Euro investments), or after the investment was fully accomplished (for under 5 million Euro investments)
- There is a possibility for the Park Administrator to construct a warehouse in collaboration with a developer and to offer it for lease.
