Oradea Industrial Parks unfold on an area of 228 hectares, the land being owned by Oradea City Hall. It is strategically located in the administrative area of NW Romania in Oradea City, close to the Hungarian border, having direct links to important trade routes.

Oradea Industrial Park II is located 2.5 km from Oradea city center and offers 83 ha of greenfield land. The park pertains to a wide range of economic sectors: manufacturing, processing, financial, banking, consulting, design, research, development and business management activities, distribution and logistics activities, service industries, SME incubation.

  • Direct Negotiation - for over 5 million Euro investments
  • Public Tender - for under 5 million Euros investments

The two procedures are applied to the following investment types:

  • Greenfield (land is offered free of charges with the possibility to connect to public utilities on the property limit of each land plot), land lease with the option to purchase it after achieving 15% of the proposed investment (for over 5 million Euro investments), or after the investment was fully accomplished (for under 5 million Euro investments)
  • There is a possibility for the Park Administrator to construct a warehouse in collaboration with a developer and to offer it for lease.

 

Oradea Industrial Park II is a Greenfield Park, thus, the promoted offer is not based only on a reduced cost for the land but also a complete network of utilities.
